SSHD intends to leverage the tax receipts to raise funds to acquire, rehab, and/or construct new social housing. SSHD is seeking a Bond and Disclosure Counsel to help facilitate this financing program, with extensive knowledge in affordable housing finance, Public Development Authorities, tax-exempt bond financing, and public housing programs.
