We are committed to preventing the negative experiences many people have endured in traditional landlord-tenant relationships. We are doing this by baking resident voice and power directly into the foundation of the Seattle Social Housing Developer. Moving forward, each social housing building will have its own resident governance council that integrates into our larger, city-wide resident governance infrastructure.
